Current Hourly Rates
Attorneys: $350–$550 per hour
The applicable hourly rate within this range depends on the attorney’s experience and the complexity of the work performed.
How Our Fees Are Determined
Because legal services vary based on individual circumstances, a single total price cannot always be determined in advance. The total amount you pay will never exceed the number of hours worked multiplied by the applicable hourly rate, plus any required third-party costs described below.
Your total price is based on the following factors:
- The type and complexity of the legal matter
- The scope of services requested
- The amount of attorney time required
- The experience level of the attorney assigned to the work
- Whether the matter involves unanticipated issues, revisions, negotiations, or follow-up work
Additional Costs and Expenses
In some matters, you may also be responsible for required third-party costs, which are not legal fees and are paid to outside providers. These may include:
- Government filing fees
- Registered agent fees
- Court or administrative fees
- Third-party service provider charges
These costs are not included in the prices shown above because they are set by third parties and vary by matter. We will disclose applicable costs as early as reasonably possible.
No Hidden Fees
We do not charge mandatory fees beyond those disclosed above. There are no surprise charges for routine administrative tasks.

Where listed, flat fees represent the total price for the specifically described service, assuming no material changes to scope.
If additional work outside the stated scope is required, we will discuss pricing with you before performing that work.
